Elephants in the Arena Policy Dinner - 2027

Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2027 Texas Young Republican Federation Elephants in the Arena Policy Dinner will bring together young conservative leaders, elected officials, policy professionals, grassroots activists, donors, and coalition partners from across Texas for an evening focused on policy, leadership, and the future of our state.

Taking place on February 23, 2027, in Round Rock, this will be the third TYRF Policy Dinner. The event offers a unique opportunity for the next generation of Republican leaders to engage directly with elected officials, policymakers, and others helping shape the future of Texas.

In 2021, the TYRF Policy Dinner was one of the rare events that brought the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the Texas House together under one roof. This year, TYRF looks forward to once again bringing together leaders from across Texas for a substantive evening of conversation, connection, and shared purpose.

The Texas Young Republican Federation believes a strong party is built by investing in people, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for young conservatives to step forward and serve. Elephants in the Arena reflects that mission by creating a place for meaningful conversations about public policy while connecting established leaders with the generation that will follow them.

For sponsors, this is more than support for a single dinner. It is an opportunity to stand with a statewide organization committed to developing young leaders, growing the Republican bench, and strengthening the future of the Republican Party in Texas.

Why Sponsor

Sponsoring the 2027 TYRF Elephants in the Arena Policy Dinner is an investment in the next generation of Texas leadership.

Your support helps TYRF bring together activists, professionals, policymakers, elected officials, donors, and rising leaders from across the state. Sponsorship helps make possible an evening where relationships are strengthened, ideas are discussed, and young Republicans gain opportunities to engage with the people and policies shaping Texas.

Sponsor support helps make possible:

  • - Policy programming and distinguished speakers

  • - Leadership development for young Republicans across Texas

  • - Opportunities for TYRF members to engage with elected officials and policy leaders

  • - Event production and hospitality

  • - Greater participation by young Republicans from across the state

  • - Continued TYRF programming and grassroots activities throughout the year, including organized block walking and other voter-contact efforts

Just as importantly, sponsorship provides your business, organization, campaign, or name meaningful visibility before an engaged audience of young conservative leaders and Republican stakeholders from across Texas.

All sponsors will receive promotional recognition corresponding to their level of support. Additional sponsor benefits, activations, and opportunities may be added as the dinner program develops.
